Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At RPE Gear, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy guarantees a fair and easy process if you're not entirely happy with your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted exclusively for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. You must submit your return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
All of the following must apply:
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
The following items cannot be returned:
- Straps, wraps, and belts removed from original packaging or showing any signs of use
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing tags, labels, or original packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive products showing sweat, odor, or stains
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team and include the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
You will receive return authorization and detailed instructions. All returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: RPE Gear covers return shipping — full refund or replacement, no fee.
Change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted: Customer covers return shipping — 120 EGP return fee.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for any return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges. Contact our customer support team with your request. Return the original item first — once received, we will ship your replacement.
Exchange processing fee: 120 EGP — applied to all exchange requests.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before shipment. Once your order has shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.
7. No Restocking Fees
RPE Gear does not charge any restocking fees. The only applicable fee is the 120 EGP return shipping / exchange processing fee outlined above.
This policy does not override any legal rights you may have under applicable Egypt consumer protection laws.
سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد والاستبدال

في RPE Gear، نلتزم بتقديم تجربة تسوق سلسة وشفافة. تضمن هذه السياسة عملية عادلة وسهلة إذا لم تكن راضياً تماماً عن مشترياتك.
١. شروط قبول الإرجاع
يُقبل الإرجاع حصرياً في حالات المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو الخاطئة. يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال يومين (2) من استلام طلبيتك.
يجب توافر جميع الشروط التالية:
- المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية
- جميع الملصقات والتغليف الأصلي سليمة
- وجود إثبات شراء (رقم الطلب أو الإيصال)
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع:
- الأحزمة والأربطة التي فُتح تغليفها أو تعرضت للاستخدام
- الملابس التي ارتُديت أو غُسلت أو تضررت بعد التسليم
- المنتجات الناقصة للتغليف أو الملصقات
- المنتجات الصحية التي تحمل آثار استخدام
٢. كيفية طلب الإرجاع
تواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء وأرسل المعلومات التالية:
- اسمك الكامل
- رقم الطلب
- سبب الإرجاع
- صور المنتج إذا كان معيباً أو تالفاً أو خاطئاً
ستتلقى تفويض الإرجاع وتعليمات الشحن. يجب تغليف جميع المنتجات المُعادة بشكل محكم لتفادي أي تلف أثناء الشحن.
٣. رسوم شحن الإرجاع
منتج معيب أو تالف أو خاطئ: تتحمل RPE Gear تكلفة الشحن — استرداد كامل أو استبدال، بدون رسوم.
تغيير رأي، مقاس خاطئ، أو عدم الرغبة في الاحتفاظ: يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن — رسوم إرجاع 120 جنيه — استرداد بعد خصم تكلفة الشحن.
لا نوفر بوليصات شحن مدفوعة مسبقاً لأي عملية إرجاع.
٤. عملية الاسترداد
بعد استلام المنتج المُعاد وفحصه، سنُعلمك بقبول أو رفض الطلب.
- تُعالَج المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة خلال 10 أيام عمل
- تُصرف المبالغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية
- رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا
٥. الاستبدال
نقدم خدمة الاستبدال. تواصل مع فريق الدعم وأعِد المنتج الأصلي أولاً، وبمجرد استلامه نشحن لك المنتج البديل.
رسوم معالجة الاستبدال: 120 جنيه — تُطبق على جميع طلبات الاستبدال.
٦. إلغاء الطلبات
يمكن إلغاء الطلبات مجاناً قبل الشحن. بعد الشحن يُرجى اتباع إجراءات الإرجاع أعلاه.
٧. لا رسوم إعادة تخزين
لا تفرض RPE Gear أي رسوم إعادة تخزين. الرسوم الوحيدة المطبقة هي 120 جنيه لشحن الإرجاع أو معالجة الاستبدال.
لا تُلغي هذه السياسة أي حقوق قانونية يكفلها لك قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.
