This policy applies to domestic (Egypt) orders as well. We have designed this policy to make sure you understand our shipping policies and procedures clearly. By ordering from RPE Gear, you accept the policies contained herein.

We offer Standard shipping on all orders. This benefit applies to Egypt orders.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD); for this payment option, the handling time and transit time are the same.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
- Order handling time is 1-14 business days.
- Order cut-off time will be 09:00 PM (GMT+02:00) Eastern European Standard Time (Cairo)

Shipping Delay:
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. You cannot exchange custom or pre-ordered pieces for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at admin@rpe-gear.store.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at admin@rpe-gear.store within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
Incorrect address
If we return your order because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, you will bear the additional shipping costs.
